Description
Responsibilities: Field Operations Lead (General)- Responsible for operations aligned with VCOT/BCT-IRT Program. Works with team to deconflict and align scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance for all applicable devices with the implementation of comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific functional area at the site they are responsible for. Works with FOCUS Center Managers and Integrators/IPT Leads to resource and support surge as needed, including in support of major training exercises. Acts as a mentor and coach to field operations personnel, providing one-on-one guidance, support, and feedback. May serve as TDP Project Manager. The Platform Coordinator shall be the single point of contact who consolidates, tracks, and reports actions and activities occurring within their assigned CCTT Family of Training Devices. The Platform Coordinator will track training events, transportation, and surge operations (if directed). The Platform Coordinator, in conjunction with the installation's Mission Training Complex (MTC) Government staff and with installation training Units (DIV HQ or equivalent and below), shall:
