Description
Responsibilities: Leads the development of a comprehensive training plans that outline objectives, materials, schedules, and assessment methods covering the Virtual Clearance Training Suites (VCTS) system, which is designed provide training units individual or collective clearance mission training. Leads the coordination of logistics for training sessions, ensuring all necessary resources and personnel are available. Conducts hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars focused on VCTS including practical demonstrations, simulations, and the use of TADSS. Manages CVTS project performance and is responsible for quality/efficiency. Evaluates the effectiveness of the training, gathers feedback from participants and stakeholders, and integrates this feedback into future training updates and improvements. Courses are offered through Computer Based Training Instruction (CBTI) or Classroom formats.
