JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation in clinical healthcare programs, leveraging expertise in healthcare IT, cloud modernization, and enterprise architecture. This executive role is responsible for shaping technology strategies that improve healthcare outcomes for federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and Indian Health Service (IHS). The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of clinical workflows, digital transformation, and large-scale system integrations within government-regulated environments.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and oversee strategic clinical program initiatives that enhance healthcare service delivery through technology innovation.
2. Lead the execution of digital transformation strategies for federal healthcare clients, including migration to Oracle Cloud and Next-Generation SaaS offerings.
3. Drive healthcare IT modernization efforts, aligning clinical technology solutions with federal regulatory requirements and patient care objectives.
4. Serve as a key liaison between clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and government clients to ensure alignment of healthcare technology with patient needs.
5. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams--including clinical, technical, finance, and policy workstreams--to develop and implement healthcare solutions.
6. Guide strategic decision-making in federal healthcare contracts, contributing to multi-billion-dollar proposals and ensuring successful execution of large-scale programs.
7. Lead mentorship initiatives to build high-performing teams and drive professional development across clinical technology disciplines.
8. Spearhead advancements in healthcare IT, focusing on interoperability, data integration, and innovative clinical technologies for programs like DHMSM and EHRM.
9. This is the last possible bullet due to the 10-15% minimum time requirement.
10. Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.
11. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
12. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
13. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
