JOB SUMMARY: This role will serve as a key member of a strategic team, regularly collaborating with senior executives and partnering with organizational stakeholders across the organization to execute initiatives and projects aligned to key priorities. This will include having an expert understanding of leadership goals and objectives to appropriately communicate through work products and in meetings, creating new processes where none exists and/or refining and improving on existing processes and ways of work to ensure efficient use of time and resources. The role will operate strategically with a high degree of independence to develop and conduct planning, tracking, governance, communications and other operational activities. This role will have exposure to strategic and sensitive information and requires the role to operate with high level of discretion and judgment in managing information.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. May support multiple areas within the organization, collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Marketing & Communications, Talent, and other departments.
Support Strategic Initiatives
* Align and communicate the vision established by leadership * Create work plans and products to achieve key targets and milestones to create clarity and organization around projects * Facilitate working sessions to ensure outputs meet expectations of leaders 2. Develop and implement communication plans.
3. Monitors solution performance and identifies issues or areas for improvements 4. Collects and analyzes operational metrics in support of strategic decisions 5. Manage multiple priorities, customer expectations and relationships with all stakeholders. Manage relationships with customers, project managers, and any/all levels of management. 6. Meet and work with project business sponsors, software end-users, applications development staff, and others as necessary to perform assignments. Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to actively solicit, analyze and negotiate customer requirements. Obtain signoff on business requirements. 7. Assist with project planning, including methods, processes, tasks, schedules. 8. Coordinate changes to functional specifications that occur during development and updates functional specifications as required. 9. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. 10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. 11. This position works under minimal direction and uses independent judgment to help identify solutions, identify issues, trends & problems and recommend action plans and evaluate results on projects that may not be clearly defined and are large in scope. Person enabled to make tactical decisions and participant in definition of overall strategy with business owners. Work is varied and complex, requiring the individual to use a broad range of knowledge gained through extensive experience. The position works with internal and external sources to complete objectives, keeping the needs of external and internal customers as a priority when making decision and taking action. |
