KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, AI Solutions Strategist to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish AI opportunities, architecture, and technology components for AI and process automation, aligned with the latest market developments and firm standards; regularly review and update architecture and components based on alliance ecosystem changes, with a focus on reviewing complex tasks and process opportunities for automation, agent, and agentic capabilities
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to Digital Nexus (IT), the CDO organization, and Talent & Culture Center of Excellences ("CoEs"), ensuring alignment to the Talent & Culture architecture and supporting them by reviewing their complex tasks and processes to effectively use GenAI
  • Lead GenAI technology projects, offering expertise in design, process decisions, and strategies for prompt engineering and agent-based solutions; consult on projects to identify automation and GenAI opportunities, streamline repetitive processes, and benchmark AI/automation opportunities for prioritization; collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, and implement AI solutions
  • Identify opportunities within our HR practices and processes for AI implementation, conducting hands-on experimentation with AI tools, vendors, and custom solutions to drive improvements and innovation
  • Work closely with HR professionals to identify opportunities for leveraging AI techniques, fostering an efficient and effective work environment; liaise with appropriate functional stakeholders (Audit, Tax and Advisory) to align AI technical guidance with functional priorities
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in AI solutions development
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong experience in prompt engineering, AI use case identification, and implementation of AI-driven solutions
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of AI technologies and methodologies; must have experience in designing and implementing AI experiments and solutions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders, developers, and leaders
  • Familiarity with the latest developments in the AI marketplace and ability to adapt the architecture and components accordingly
