The Architect role requires a seasoned professional with 12 to 16 years of experience specializing in UI Architecture, Program Management and Sitecore-DAM. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to projects in Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities domains. This position does not require travel.

Role - Sr. Developer / Project Manager

The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 and $132,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of UI Architecture solutions to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
  • Oversee program management activities using Psft ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide expertise in Sitecore-DAM to optimize digital asset management processes and improve content delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural solutions with business objectives and technological advancements.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support project planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in architecture and program management.
  • Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies into existing systems.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in relevant technologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance implementing improvements as necessary to meet organizational goals.
  • Support the development of strategic plans for technology upgrades and system enhancements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering solutions that impact society positively through efficient energy and utilities management. Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in wmA UI Architecture demonstrating ability to design user-centric solutions.
  • Have extensive experience in Psft
  • Program Management showcasing skills in project coordination and execution.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Sitecore-DAM with a focus on optimizing digital asset workflows.
  • Experience in Energy Supply & Trading is highly desirable providing insights into industry-specific challenges.
  • Familiarity with Utilities domain is nice to have enhancing understanding of sector-specific requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills facilitating effective collaboration across teams.
  • Show adaptability in hybrid work environments ensuring productivity and engagement.
