Technical Lead Job Summary: looking for a Technical manager/lead who can support IT, Business and offshore: * Smart Tech Savvy who is good in stakeholder/conflict mgmt., * Hands-on Validation and deployment during onsite hours * Offshore co-ordination * Exposure to any cloud (Applications and basic infra) * No coding skills required * No Data Engineering or IoT Skills required * Learning appetite in manufacturing/data applications and deployment * Support IT and business overall with good communication and articulation. * Strong SQL skills is an advantage Salary and Other Compensation: Along with base compensation, this position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
