POSITION SUMMARY Directly accountable for maximizing the revenues of the hotels within their region. The position is integral to the success of each hotel's revenue management system. The position will play a lead role in the development and implementation of each hotel's yield strategies. REPORTING LINE Directly to Senior Director of Revenue Management. Position will interact with Regional Director of Operations, Regional Director of Sales, VP of Sales, EVP of Operations, and other members of ESA's management team as required. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES The Regional Revenue Manager is responsible for: * Ensuring that the Region's revenue management practices are consistent with ESA's policies and procedures, as defined by ESA's Corporate Revenue Team. The above mentioned includes utilizing the ESA Tool Kit; PRIMARY GOALS * Meeting and exceeding budgeted revenues, ensuring that the Hotels' RevPAR indexes are maintained or enhanced; BENEFITS

Pay ranges for the following states only:
California: $70,000 - $75,000
Colorado: $70,000 - $75,000
Illinois: $70,000 - $75,000
Minnesota: $70,000 - $75,000
New Jersey: $70,000 - $75,000
Washington: $77,969 - $80,000
Whitestone, NY: $83,000 - $88,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: B.S./B.A. Business, Hotel Management, or Statistics preferred Experience: Minimum three years of experience as a multi-unit Director of Revenue Management or equivalent. Other: Must possess superior analytical and interpersonal skills; sound knowledge of the discipline of Revenue Management; in-depth knowledge of reservations and sales and marketing, including the Global Distribution Network; working knowledge of hotel financial statements; and excellent writing/presentation skills. Incumbent must also be proficient in the use of a hotel specific Property Management Systems. Must be highly proficient with Excel. |
