ADDENDUM with Psychiatric certificationMay assess patients' medical, behavioral, and psychological needs and conditions, including, but not limited to diagnostic assessments.May prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications in collaboration with psychiatric teamMay provide psycho-education, counseling, health promotion, and preventive services.May communicate as appropriate with patients' relatives, collateral contacts, and fellow professionals in the community to develop and implement treatment plans.May provide physical health screening and primary health care monitoringMay provide clinical consultation to peers and other health care professionals.
