Job Title: Marketing Manager



Location(s):
New York, NY

We are seeking a marketing contractor to support two workstreams in the Creators Marketing organization: paid media and Creator education. This person will support cross-functional team members across these two areas. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set, combining expertise in digital advertising with the ability to create compelling educational content. We are seeking someone with 2-3 years experience for this role.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with paid campaign management (including but not limited to: reporting/pacing, trafficking ads, building media plans, optimizing ads, appending tags).


Creator Education:


  • Partner with agency teams to review, track, and implement creator-facing assets across multiple channels, maintaining asset delivery schedules.
  • Manage project timelines and dependencies using Asana.
  • Moderate live webinars, managing participant engagement and responding to questions in real-time.
  • Compile and organize post-webinar feedback and questions for future content development.
  • Create regular reports on educational content performance and engagement metrics, track performance across KPIs and input into recaps and business review documents.


Required Skills:


  • Experience in paid digital advertising, digital content management and implementation.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience with or interest in affiliate marketing a plus.
