Entegris is seeking a Specialist, Trade Compliance - US Import Compliance to add to our growing team at our Headquarters in Billerica, MA. This position is an open-ended contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting facilitating and classifying all Entegris imports into the U.S.
  • partner with our Import Broker and internal teams to ensure products are classified correctly
  • support to investigate and resolve import regulatory related issues, such as CF-28's, duty drawback, ACH, TSCA, TIB's,
  • support to maintain the product dictionary of classifications with our Import Broker and SAP data
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, & Chemists to ensure commodity classifications are accurate
  • Audit & maintain appropriate Import and filing systems to avoid discrepancies and meet regulatory requirements (TSCA, ACH, TIB's, ISF's, etc.).
  • resolve errors found on entry summaries with Import Broker
  • Serve as a point of contact for import broker concerns or questions on inbound shipments.
  • Support in updating Import Compliance Manual as changes are needed
  • Ensure ISF's are completed in a timely manner
  • Manage Temporary Import Bonds (TIB) as needed
  • Support with master data updates around HTS codes and country of origin in SAP
  • Support with ACH reporting
  • Performing monthly import audits
  • Support with Import entry verification

What We Seek:

  • 5+ years' experience in Global Trade Compliance preferred
  • Strong working knowledge & experience with U.S. Customs audit practices, policies, & procedures
  • Experience with import documentation & activities
  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel, & basic report building
  • Flexible and calm under pressure
  • Creative approach to solving problems
  • Ability to work carefully and accurately, paying close attention to details.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
