Talent Analyst

A Brief Overview

The talent analyst role will drive the achievement of key talent management goals. This individual will have a proven ability to collaborate, influence, manage large datasets, keep confidentiality, problem solve and provide data driven insights to enable business decisions. Primary responsibilities include using data driven methods to evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs, proactively define efficiencies, internal & external benchmarking to inform program design, monitor progress, and provide insights for current & future success.

They will be able to understand and identify current process to define and develop improvements, leveraging data analytics to problem solve. A successful candidate will establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors, implement solutions and efficiencies, provide key insights, trends and results to stakeholders. As talent management practices continue to be refined across the enterprise, this individual will be comfortable with shifting priorities while keeping a positive attitude and demonstrating our core values.

What you will do

• Analyze talent program effectiveness using internal and external benchmarks to inform design, track progress, and guide future strategy.

• Partner cross-functionally and globally with HR, HRIS, and business leaders to align systems, processes, and data for consistent, enterprise-wide insights.

• Design and deliver custom dashboards and reports in Workday, enabling self-service, automation, and actionable analytics.

• Create executive-ready summaries tailored to various audiences, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Support implementation and optimization of talent technologies across performance, succession, engagement, and recognition.

• Ensure data integrity through rigorous testing, auditing, and quality assurance across all talent systems.

• Act as a Workday Talent Optimization SME, driving system enhancements and process improvements with a focus on user experience and business alignment.

What you will need

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

• 1-3 years Relevant Experience (Required)

• People System Knowledge. Preferably Workday (Medium proficiency)

• Strong Communication Skills (High proficiency)

• Strong Process or project management skills (Medium proficiency)

• Data Analytics skills (High proficiency)

• Problem solving (High proficiency)

• Microsoft office 360 (Medium proficiency)

• Excel (Medium proficiency)

• Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics systems (High proficiency)

• Copilot or similar AI systems (Medium proficiency)
