Requirements

We are currently seeking a Horticulture Coordinator to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Coraopolis, Pa.



  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years greenhouse experience required.
  • Experience working with Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
  • This includes but not limited to general procedures of greenhouse operations
  • Knowledge of current practices and techniques used in horticulture.
  • Responsible for implementing plans and have a high degree of flexibility, organizational skills, and creativity.
  • The applicant should also have strong supervisory skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers, residents and staff.
  • Work performance will be directed by the Program Director.
