We are seeking a Product Information Specialist to join our Product Information Management (PIM) team. In this role, you will be a focal point for driving utilization and adoption of the PIM system. TheProduct Information Administrator operates across multiple business units to drive the organization's product information strategy, ensuring that the product data supports business objectives. This role's primary purpose is to make accurate and comprehensive product information available to both internal teams and external stakeholders, including channel partner syndication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and enforce data quality standards, ensuring that product information is accurate, complete, and consistent across all platforms and channels.
• Provide guidance and training on standard processes and practices associated with product data management to cross-divisional teams of managers.
• Govern the data workflows and troubleshoot with IT and other departments as needed to facilitate seamless data flow.
• Manage the syndication of product data to external channels, including e-commerce websites, marketplaces, and partners.
• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to derive insights from product information, helping to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and deliver written training forPIMsystem users.
• Gather feedback from various sources, including customers and internal teams, to continuously improve product information content and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Analytics, or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in aDataManagement role preferred.
• Strong knowledge ofPIM,metadata and taxonomy practices.
• Prior experience withmetadatainput, organizing large amounts of files, file naming conventions and database reporting.
• Strong communications skills, including reading and writing in English.
• Well organized and highly structured individual, with ability to give attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to apply data in providing solutions and driving strategic business decisions.
• Self-starter that can work independently and identify process improvements proactively.
