We're looking for a data-driven innovator to join our team as a Sr. Business Analyst for Sales Operations. In this role, you'll leverage your analytical expertise to design and implement data-driven solutions that automate processes, optimize performance, and inform high-stakes decisions. The ideal applicant will have:



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation, technical expertise in data visualization, statistical modeling, and data mining
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations

  • A passion for innovation, with a drive to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and business operations


What You'll Bring



  • Consultative experience across the business unit to design and develop solutions with emphasis on managing, manipulating, and modeling large relational datasets and multiple data sources using SAS, Python, Excel, and Tableau; including responsibility for the conception of automation initiatives for both tasks and analytics for self and other users.
  • Analytics experience to lead for large projects as well as proactively identifying topics for analysis and automation. This will include:

    • Identifying and monitoring patterns and trends
    • Participating in peer review of work to ensure the quality of deliverables
    • Analyze, or assist in the analysis of processes and programs in achieving the stated goals of delivering actionable insights and recommending strategies to leaders
    • Provide analyses and recommendations if corrections are needed
    • Training team members on analytical tools and techniques and provide guidance and review the work of team members

  • Drive innovation and progress through forward thinking and self-study staying abreast of new analytics techniques and the future of analytics resulting in the ability to recommend new analytical processes. (10%)
  • Train team members on analytical tools and techniques. Provide guidance and review work of team members. (5%)
  • Perform other job-created duties as assigned. (5%)


What We Require



  • 5+ years related work experience with 5+ years work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education at an advanced level working with SAS EG Intermediate knowledge of Python or similar scripting language Significant experience with VBA
  • Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience Preferred degrees include Statistics, Economics, Finance, Actuarial or similar (quantitative and/or data experience can supplement a degree in another field)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with team members, stakeholders, and senior leaders



General Physical Demands



  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
  • Must be able to travel to multiple locations for work (i.e. travel to attend meetings, events, conferences). Occasionally

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $82,400 - $103,000

Annualized Salary Range: $82,400 - $133,900

Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
