MaineHealth Cardiology - Damariscotta | MaineHealth is currently seeking aClinical Practice Supervisorto join our growing team in Damariscotta! This dynamic role is ideal for a motivated and experienced healthcare professional who is passionate about both patient care and team leadership. The Clinical Practice Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the cardiology department, ensuring high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical and administrative staff. This role combines direct patient care responsibilities with leadership duties, including staff supervision, workflow coordination, and promoting a collaborative care environment.
1. Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred. 2. License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. 3. Experience: Two years of RN experience required. Experience in the area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5.
