Job Duties: Vice President, Product Management with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in New York, New York. Own ideation, design, product development, and innovate on new product concepts through deeply understanding client needs, business objectives, and competitive dynamics. Research different product types, regulatory landscape, competitive landscape and technology platforms and solutions. Collaborate and prioritize product delivery with cross-functional teams (product, technology and operations, L&C etc.) setting goals, milestones and phased delivery of product. Support large-scale projects by leading cross-divisional working groups and driving high quality deliverables, establishing and managing project timelines and developing rigorous documentation, drafting executive updates. Participate in providing strategic direction and vision for Private bank product portfolio and new product launches based on your domain expertise and deep understanding of client needs and goals. Contribute to identifying and fostering a strong product culture and delivery excellence by implementing product best practices and agile ceremonies.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years with the following: front end products and features in a digital business such as e-commerce, digital banking, insurtech, or payments; agile engineering on product management tools such as JIRA, confluence, or Figma; prototyping and wireframing using tools such as Invision or Figma; A/B testing, market research (using tools such as adobe test and target), interviews, and focus groups; and reporting and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or data querying languages. Prior experience must include two (2) years with the following: product management experience working with cross functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, operations, legal and compliance and program management; working in a consumer banking role in product management; consumer banking regulations including Reg E, Reg O, Reg DD and OFAC regulations; consumer beta and go to market strategy for new product launches in consumer banking; automating KYC through vendors including Lexis Nexus and Mitek; decision engines such as Provenir for real time account decisions; digital client onboarding systems in consumer banking; funnel optimization to improve conversion and account funding; working with design teams on account management and servicing for a consumer bank; and working with fraud strategy team to identify and implement product solutions to reduce onboarding and post account booking fraud.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York - based position is $160,000 - $210,000.
