The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The Training Manager is primarily responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to the functional team for all core activities pertaining to the planning and execution of projects related to IT training. The Training Manager is responsible for the ongoing education and maintenance of the training program as well as oversees the design, development, training, and support of IT applications (which includes Epic and related applications). The Training Manager is expected to be knowledgeable about organizational policies, procedures, and business operations, as well as the area of business they are representing and the functionality available in the application(s). The Training Manager keeps the IT Leadership team, project team, & operational stakeholders abreast of any key changes & impacts. The Training Manager keeps abreast of software/vendor release information, assesses the relevance of any changes by partnering with business operations and project team members, works with vendors and end-users to develop corresponding curriculum and training project plans based on the organization needs, and participates in the customer readiness activities. The Training Manager is responsible for developing and documenting the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with IT application training and assess implementation strategies and the impact those strategies will have on workflows and operations. The Training Manager is responsible for determining training resources, directing, and managing training team members and securing facilities and equipment for classroom and virtual training. In addition, the Training Manager assists with curriculum delivery methods, oversees the creation and maintenance of a realistic training environment and the creation of course catalogs and training schedules. The Training Manager works with operational leadership to ensure all customers are trained appropriately for their respective roles. Qualifications: Required:
