Job Summary

Regional Hospitality Program Manager
Location: Redmond, WA - Travel (Domestic & International) Required - Up to 50%

The Regional Hospitality Program Manager is a strategic leader responsible for elevating culinary excellence and hospitality experiences across high-profile, executive-level environments. This role blends visionary culinary leadership with client relationship management, ensuring that hospitality teams deliver bespoke dining experiences aligned with brand standards, client expectations, and guest preferences. In addition to fostering culinary innovation and talent development, the role drives the rhythm of business for culinary program initiatives-supporting consistency, accountability, and measurable impact across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Hospitality & Client Engagement
    • Serve as a senior culinary ambassador across flagship and executive-level accounts, ensuring elevated hospitality and white-glove service.
    • Cultivate trusted relationships with client executives and stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on culinary programming and guest experience.
    • Align culinary experiences with client branding, event goals, and cultural moments-delivering highly tailored, premium offerings.
  • Program Leadership & Rhythm of Business
    • Lead the regional hospitality leadership program, including planning, deployment, milestone tracking, and reporting.
    • Establish a cadence of engagement with chefs and operators-conducting structured reviews, facilitating development conversations, and driving program adoption.
    • Monitor program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative feedback; adjust strategies to ensure sustained excellence and innovation.
  • Culinary Strategy & Expertise
    • Design and implement cutting-edge, globally inspired menus that prioritize presentation, seasonality, sustainability, and wellness.
    • Provide hands-on coaching and development for executive chefs and hospitality leaders, strengthening operational execution and leadership confidence.
    • Partner with operations, marketing, and procurement to ensure culinary offerings are both inspiring and operationally scalable.
  • Operational and Service Excellence
    • Drive consistency in hospitality operations, including food safety, production systems, inventory control, and cost optimization; Identify and scale successful culinary initiatives already in place across regions.
    • Support new unit openings, program refreshes, and performance turnarounds with strategic hospitality direction and onsite leadership.
    • Ensure all kitchens and front of house areas maintain the highest standards in aesthetics, efficiency, and guest-facing excellence.
  • Innovation and Brand Differentiation
    • Inspire hospitality innovation that reflects emerging trends, regional tastes, and personalized guest experiences; embed AI-driven efficiencies and ongoing process optimization into core operations
    • Lead exclusive hospitality activations, executive events, and high-visibility tastings to showcase program capabilities and enhance client engagement.
  • Leadership Development & Culture
    • Identify and develop high-potential hospitality talent, building a pipeline of leaders prepared to support elevated hospitality settings.
    • Foster a values-driven culture rooted in hospitality, inclusion, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field required; advanced culinary certification preferred.
  • 7-10 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience in high-end hospitality, luxury dining, or executive services.
  • Proven experience engaging executive-level clients and delivering tailored, high-impact hospitality experiences.
  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software and emerging technology tools like Copilot, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance documentation, reporting, and high-impact executive presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site initiatives, manage large-scale training programs, and build regional alignment.
  • Strong business acumen with experience overseeing program performance, labor metrics, and culinary KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region.
