THE JOB: As a Bartender in Kitchen Service, you will be responsible for being knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections, and maintaining the bar's appearance. By understanding the guests' unique stories and needs, you will own their experience and create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING RATE: $12.25 an hour plus tips THE SCHEDULE: Swing Shift \| Full Time Thursday - Sunday: 3:00pm - 1:00am Off: Monday - Wednesday THE DAY-TO-DAY: Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes, and provide food service as needed Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order; including, cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar Ring poured or served beverages; collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Can handle multiple tasks at one time Able to take initiative and exhibit flexibility Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences Highly confident in mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies, and equipment THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
