Under general supervision, the Pharmacist II is responsible for provision and documentation of medications and medication-related services to patients, according to standards established by the Department of Pharmacy. Serve as preceptor to pharmacy residents and students as assigned. Participate in Medical Center and Departmental committees and promote institution-wide medication use policy. This position will review and verify chemotherapy regimens and oversee chemotherapy admixtures. Provide progressive pharmaceutical care services for the oncology patients. Depending on experience of the selected candidate, this position will be hired at the Stf Pharm1 or Stf Pharm2. Less than four (4) years experience qualifies as Stf Pharm1; Four (4+) years of experience qualifies as Stf Pharm2.
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $179,631 - $202,244 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $86.03 - $96.86 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
