Job Summary:

The Senior Asset Manager will demonstrate command of all aspects of asset management by applying operational expertise towards the maximization of investment returns and growth of Lendlease's Investment Management business. Communicate clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions:

Strategic & Operational Oversight

  • Oversee third-party management teams across markets and product types to ensure exceptional quality of asset operations, leasing, maintenance, reporting, and capital improvement projects when appropriate, in alignment with Lendlease strategy and operational excellence.

Financial & Budget Management

  • Monitor property-level operating expense statements, budgets, and financial reporting to identify risks and opportunities as well as enable accurate reporting and forecasting.

Leasing & Market Strategy

  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to manage the lease-up of large multifamily assets in gateway markets.

Capital Planning & Asset Value Enhancement

  • Evaluate, propose, and monitor the strategic capital expenditure plans in collaborating with property, asset, and portfolio management teams to enhance asset value.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as the key liaison between property management and ownership, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Acquisition & Transaction Contributions

  • Participate in the acquisition and development process by conducting regional and sub-market research.

People

  • Work collaboratively various stakeholders to deliver on identified strategies for the portfolio of assets.

The ideal candidate will possess:

We have an opportunity for a well-rounded, experienced Senior Asset Manager whose current or prior responsibilities have included managing of third-party property management teams, including direct management of equity investments in multi-family assets.

The preferred candidate will have 7 years or more of experience and with experience leading the lease-up of large multifamily developments in gateway markets as well as stabilized properties.

Base Salary Range: $150, 000.00 to $200,000.00
The above salary range represents Lendlease's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards Lendlease provides to employees. The base compensation amount offered to a successful candidate will be decided based on a range of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skillset, and education level.
