The UHS Corporate Marketing Department is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who works collaboratively with the design and copy teams, Creative Design Managers, and Creative Director to design and produce advertising materials for Acute Care Division, Behavioral Health Division and Corporate.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Develops creative and innovative design solutions to create advertising materials, develops concept, collaborates with Copywriters, handles revisions, obtains extensive departmental and client approval.
  • Production (including resizes and reprints) of existing work - prepares files for release, reviews proofs and final product for accuracy.
  • Works with internal and external printers.
  • Evolving with print, web, design and video trends to keep graphic content engaging and relevant.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with 5 - 8 years experience required.

  • Five to eight years of agency or corporate experience as a Senior Graphic Designer.
  • Proficient on a Macintosh computer and have high level of proficiency Adobe Creative Suite; Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.

  • Must have in-depth knowledge printing procedures and the ability to produce accurate files to supply to vendors.

  • Strong organization skills and highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and minor supervision.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Ability to present design concepts to colleagues and clients and to successfully articulate a clear creative vision.
  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Must have a flexible and collaborative work style.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Figma, Ceros and Adobe Workfront a plus.
  • Experience in designing for healthcare industry preferred, but not required.
