Warehouse Associate

• Accurately receive and log products to ensure correct credit or charge to the subscriber.
• Input ESN/SKU data into DAX and other systems with precision.
• Identify country of origin and inspect handsets based on reported malfunctions following guidelines.
• Unload, sort, and move incoming and outgoing products throughout the facility as needed.
• Process scrap materials, accessories, and trash according to departmental procedures.
• Scan, count, pack, label, and transfer products efficiently to meet business needs.
• Prepare items for shipment, including documentation and online data entry.
• Receive, sort, label, and verify inbound orders against packing lists.
• Use RF scanners to pick and pack orders, and operate material handling equipment safely.
• Support inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventories.

• Must have 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Proficient with computers and data entry; able to follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Open to feedback, with problem-solving skills and a willingness to support process improvements.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and adhere to company values, policies, and procedures.
