Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking a Sr. Sales Compensation Partner, where you'll play a critical role in designing and administering compensation programs that drive performance, support strategic growth, and reward top talent across a dynamic, fast-paced organization. - Lead the design and administration of compensation programs, policies, and practices for over 1,200 roles across multiple business areas
- Collaborate with Business Leaders, Finance, and HR Business Partners to align compensation strategies with business objectives
- Deliver market analysis, benchmarking, and pay mix recommendations that support internal equity and external competitiveness
- Ensure accurate and timely incentive payouts, partnering with the Sales Operations, Payroll, and HRIS teams to validate calculations and system reporting
- Support mergers & acquisitions by harmonizing sales plans, reviewing executive compensation agreements, and contributing to our M&A compensation playbook
- Provide consultative support on compensation policies, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency across functions and acquired entities

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience in sales compensation design
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of financial statements and incentive governance is preferred
- Experience managing executive compensation

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $148,800 and 10% bonus in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
