Analyst, Application Management

The Analyst, Application Management will implement, administer and maintain systems that provide trading, compliance, accounting and reporting functions to the firm. The successful candidate will troubleshoot system issues, document system operating procedures, test releases and new features, and develop and maintain reporting. The individual will possess strong systems knowledge and SQL skills and work directly with business users and other system support teams to develop solutions. Additionally, the Analyst will drive continuous process improvement and ensure consistency and integrity of data within each system. The individual must be able to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment, while completing goals by deadlines.

Bachelor's degree required
• Coursework in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred; coursework in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Experience in Azure DevOps and ServiceNow beneficial
• Ability to produce clear and complete procedures and train others
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• ITIL certification or familiarity preferred
