The success of this position is reliant on face-to-face interaction and requires 100% on-site work.



Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant with strong project management skills and critical thinking capabilities to support three senior executives: the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Credit Officer, and the Chief Risk Officer. This role requires a self-starter who can manage complexity, operate with discretion, and contribute meaningfully to the success of strategic initiatives.

This is not a traditional assistant role. We're looking for someone who brings project coordination skills, sharp judgment, and the ability to think several steps ahead-someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and support high-impact initiatives across the organization.



Qualifications

Requirements:

    Bachelors Degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate or financial services environment
  • Project management experience (formal PMO background not required)
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills; capable of handling multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word); experience with project tracking or collaboration tools is a plus
  • A proactive mindset, high degree of professionalism, and strong sense of ownership
  • The ability to display discretion when handling information of a sensitive and confidential nature
  • Effective and accurate record-keeping abilities

Preferences:

  • Previous banking or lending environment
  • Ability to take minutes
  • Understanding of banking terminology
