• Provide exceptional customer service at the counter and over the phone, processing orders accurately and addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and stay informed on products and industry trends.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and ensure customer satisfaction through timely order fulfillment.
• Accurately pick, pack, stage, and double-check orders while keeping warehouse operations organized and efficient.
• Receive and properly stock incoming deliveries while prioritizing safety and cleanliness.
• Remain open to cross-training across departments, including inventory, sales, and logistics.
• Show initiative and reliability to earn opportunities for leadership roles and additional responsibilities.
