Production Worker

Pay Rate: $13.75 per hour

Schedule Details:

• 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Biweekly rotation between day and night shifts
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work physically demanding shifts

As a Production Worker, you'll be a key part of the manufacturing process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely. Responsibilities include:

• Operating and troubleshooting production equipment
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards
• Collaborating with teammates to meet production goals
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Adapting to fast-paced, changing environments, including overtime when needed

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to shift changes and work overtime as needed
