Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst with our client in the financial Industry located in New York, NY and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Consult on or contribute to moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting Participate in large-scale planning and execution related to technical deliverables and business analysis Review and analyze complex challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors across projects Provide solutions and consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, policies, procedures, and compliance standards Collaborate cross-functionally with development teams, managers, and subject matter experts to meet delivery objectives Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Business Systems Data or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military, or education 8+ years of hands-on experience in technical business analysis and requirements management throughout the product lifecycle 5+ years of experience supporting multiple large-scale technical projects as a business analyst Strong understanding of Agile methodology and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Proven ability to design REST APIs and utilize API modeling languages such as YAML and Swagger Experience with common markup and text formats such as JSON, XML, and HTML Proficiency using tools like Postman and SoapUI for API testing and validation Familiarity with various payment methods, especially wire transfers, and an understanding of payment processing and lifecycle Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Advanced knowledge of requirement management tools like JIRA and Confluence. Understanding of API best practices and modern integration patterns Pay Range: $ 44 - 54 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
