Genesis10 is currently seeking a Associate Manager, VIP Marketing with our client in their New York, NY location. This is a 12 month + contract and Hybrid position. This position requires you to be in office Tuesday and Wednesday. Pay rate range: $46.00 - $58.09

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Value & Innovation Pioneers (VIP) to join our team.

The client Value & Innovation Pioneers (VIP) is client's end-to-end marketing shop dedicated to helping B2B brands achieve their business objectives by maximizing the power of client. Combining client's brand, IP, data, and experiences with its scale as the world's largest professional network, the Value & Innovation Pioneers creates innovative, high-impact partnerships that drive measurable results. VIP's solutions span content, research, events, co-marketing, and first-to-market product innovations, with a focus on increasing client's share of B2B brand advertising budgets, particularly in video. Simply put, the Value & Innovation Pioneers makes "the art of the possible" with client possible.

The client's VIP is seeking an Associate Manager. The Associate Manager plays a critical role in supporting marketing partnerships from pitch to activation, ensuring seamless execution, operational rigor, and effective communication. The role involves deep collaboration with VIP Marketing Leads, Sales, clients, and internal cross-functional partners to develop and execute compelling partnership solutions and maintain key program operations as the foundation for program growth.

As an Associate Manager, you will gain invaluable experience working with top brands, developing relationships across the client's ecosystem, and contributing to high-visibility marketing partnerships. You will develop skills across a multitude of functions, including integrated marketing, branded content production, and sponsorships strategy while learning how to build and grow a nascent function within a complex and well-established organization.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who are creative, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven with a passion for out-of-the-box thinking, marketing and advertising, digital media and content, customer service, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities:


  • Develop pitch materials: Support the creation of strategic, visually compelling presentations that communicate partnership opportunities.
  • Respond to turnkey RFPs: Lead responses to turnkey pitch requests, enabling sales with key information to help close deals.
  • Support partnership project management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal and external communications for turnkey partnership activations and assist for high-touch partnerships.
  • Manage sponsorship inventory: Maintain oversight of sponsorship availability and provide Sales teams with relevant, up-to-date offerings.
  • Support partnership solutions innovation: Contribute to the development and operationalization of new monetizable partnership solutions across LinkedIn's ecosystem.
  • Manage GTM collateral: Build, organize, and maintain Value & Innovation Pioneers's GTM collateral and foundations, including pitch decks, one sheets, templates, case studies, and sales enablement resources.



Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, production, communications, ad sales, and/or project management.
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business, production, or a related field.
  • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse array of stakeholders.
  • Proficient understanding of digital/social landscape and user experiences.
  • Proficient understanding of content production lifecycle, particularly branded and sponsored content.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn's advertising solutions and overall advertising model and broader social media and digital advertising landscape.
  • Experience communicating with and managing clients and advertising agencies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets).
