Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Technology Business Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in St. Louis, MO, Charlotte, NC, Des Moines, IA and Minneapolis, MN. This is a 12+ month contract position. Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and long-term implications for Technology Business Services Consulting Lead large-scale strategic planning and execution across multiple functional areas Review and analyze multifaceted business and technology challenges involving numerous variables and unprecedented scenarios Provide subject matter expertise in the resolution of highly complex, enterprise-level situations Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while delivering impactful results Collaborate and consult strategically with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting Business Services, or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military, or education 7+ years of overall technology experience 7+ years of experience leading and executing complex enterprise-wide technology transformation programs Proven success managing large-scale technology development efforts within major lines of business Demonstrated ability to influence across all organizational levels, including executive and senior leadership Experience working with or for a Top-3 consulting firm Experience leading technology efforts through large mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures Process optimization experience; Six Sigma certification or experience preferred 2+ years of information security experience 6+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry Pay Range: $ 52 - 62 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
