Executive Communication & Marketing Job Description
Digital Strategist This position will be responsible for implementing various messages, creating written and visual content for digital platforms and managing the execution of email campaigns. Job responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage the organization's social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and community building. Analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth, and identifying opportunities for optimization. Developing procedures and guidelines for the execution of campaign tactics in CRM and three other email systems (Slate, Dot Digital, Mailchimp & iModules). Monitoring performance of current campaign components, discussing changes with client managers, and making agreed upon adjustments. Craft concise, engaging messages for students and families, must be able to write in AP Style. Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to filming and editing video content, and writing compelling captions. Researching new approaches and methods of email execution and reviewing performance of past campaign components to identify successes and opportunities; making recommendations for future campaigns. - Understand various email CAN Spam laws. Working with lead strategists and digital communication manager to schedule and execute email communication. Includes drafting, building and reviewing external requests for communications, executing and/or making recommendations for adjustment to content, timing, and audience. Making recommendations to the mix, quantity and cadence of emails that are part of student campaigns and that support the overall goals of each campaign.
