THE JOB:

As a Mini Bar Coordinator at The Cosmopolitan, you'll be at the heart of the action-driving revenue, ensuring accuracy, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing financials to being the go-to expert for all minibar operations, your role is key to creating a seamless and elevated guest experience. THE STARTING RATE: $20 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Review charges/credits in the Minibar Suspense/Dispute accounts.

• Move credits/charges to the correct guest folio.

• Settle guest accounts accordingly and in a timely manner.

• Create and update Excel Spreadsheets

• Research variances to ensure charges are posted correctly.

• Research all guest disputes.

• Work closely with the accounting team

• Perform weekly money transfers

• Answer telephones and respond to general inquiries

• Direct work orders and guest requests pertaining to the Minibar

• General office and paper filing

• Interact with peers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 6+ months of prior relevant customer service experience

• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant auditing systems or accounting experience
