Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00/hour Based on experience.

This position will have primary responsibilities supporting the plant administration's daily operation, generating the Bill of Lading (BOL) and the scale tickets and general administrative tasks.



  • Provide timely and accurate information to sales, billing and dispatch departments.
  • Responsible for creating the Bill of Lading for outbound/inbound shipments.
  • Handle routine and non-routine requests from the department, customers, suppliers and other business contacts.
  • Gathers, validates and reports data and statistical information.
  • May be assigned to assist with clerical functions within department (i.e. A/P, A/R, etc.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors and process incoming/outgoing mail dependent on department setting.
  • Requisition of supplies, printing, maintenance and other services dependent on department setting.
  • Always work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or GED equivalent or AA diploma required.
  • Proficient computer, grammatical and clerical skills including knowledge of office equipment and MS Office applications.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of policies and practices to exercise sound discretionary judgment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise sound discretionary judgment in handling of non-routine, confidential or emergency situations.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
