Responsibilities

• Perform various administrative and clerical tasks, such as managing files, organizing documents, and coordinating schedules
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and handle inquiries
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and anticipating needs
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
