In this role, you will work as a business analyst for FedEx business domains, analyzing business and operational data to identify out-of-the-box opportunities, develop actionable insights, and make recommendations to management via understanding of the business model and information available for analysis. You will play a vital role in defining and advancing the organization's strategies and initiatives to deliver value. You will use data, statistical and quantitative analysis, basic modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to present facts to senior leadership that inform strategic initiatives within the business domain. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Skills considered a Plus:
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance. Minimum Experience Eight (8) years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
