University Shared Services Job Description
This position is part of the University Shared Services financial team supporting departments on multiple campuses and at the UM System. The finance support team has twelve full time staff members and a team of student employees. The finance support team manages some or all these functions for the units above. 1. OneCard reconciliation This position will have primary responsibility for one or more of the functions described above and will be cross trained to perform other duties to serve as a backup. Shift
This position is 40 hours per week with flexibility in scheduling and hybrid remote work opportunity. Work typically takes place between 8am-5pm. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Must have good customer service philosophy, self-motivation, organizational and communication skills, including tact, courtesy, diplomacy, and cooperative attitude. Overall, we are looking for an organized, responsible, and ethical employee that can manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. Employee should take pride in their work product and provide outstanding customer service. Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Programs. Commitment to working with a wide variety of faculty, staff, and students. Previous experience working with PeopleSoft or similar enterprise financial system. Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and multi-task accordingly. Anticipated Hiring Range
