YOUR IMPACT

The Asset & Wealth Management Strategic Transformation Office (STO) is a recently established organization tasked with overseeing comprehensive large-scale transformations. Our primary objectives are to enhance scalability, drive revenue growth, improve client experience, and elevate controls to optimize our operating platform. This group comprises four critical functions, including (1) Product Management & Design, (2) Change Management, (3) Business Analytics, and (4) Sales Enablement.

Within the STO Management and Strategy team, the AWM AI Strategy pillar is responsible for overseeing all AI initiatives across AWM, including development of AWM-specific tools and deployment of firmwide tools to AWM users. This role will help accelerate ongoing AI initiatives, providing critical user support, education, and adoption advocacy, and also support new AI use cases, driving from ideation to implementation while effectively navigating all governance processes.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL



  • Build a deep understanding of the Asset and Wealth Management business through analyzing the applicability and impact of AI technologies and solutions to each business area
  • Coordinate the development, release, and access management for new tools, including communication materials, training, demos, and gathering feedback
  • Identify and track key performance metrics for live tools in order to calculate overall usage, efficacy, and ROI
  • Serve as a point of contact for user queries related to AI initiatives and provide timely and effective support
  • Build strong senior stakeholder relationships through effective written and verbal communications
  • Assist in the creation, distribution, and review of widely-communicated internal materials
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and work closely with control functions to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies



SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in asset and/or wealth management, technology, or a related industry
  • Interest in and knowledge of Generative AI and other emerging technologies
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to provide creative and innovative solutions
  • Project Management experience, including definition of business case and scope, articulation of issues, challenges, risks, dependencies, and solutions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, including with control-side teams
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
