Job Description

Job Summary: Visa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead the development and management of Visa Direct enablers and resellers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in partnership management, technical evaluation, and financial negotiation, with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with technical partners. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful integration and activation of partner technologies and solutions.

  • Foster strong relationships with enablers and resellers to ensure long-term collaboration.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to activate Visa Direct programs within the client portfolio, aligning with Visa's overall business objectives and growth targets.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive enablement activities for Visa Direct enablers and resellers, workshops, webinars, and the creation of educational materials to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and support Visa Direct programs enhancing their ability to effectively utilize and sell our Visa Direct solutions.

  • Facilitate regular communication and meetings with enablers to discuss progress, address issues, and align on goals.

  • Support specialized sales in structuring Visa Direct program activation

  • Work closely with technical and solutioning teams to ensure seamless solution design and integration of partner technologies and solutions.

  • Implement changes and enhancements to partnership processes and program activation strategies based on feedback and lessons learned.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives, sharing best practices, and leveraging resources to maximize program success.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

*8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least

5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or

2 years of work experience with a PhD

*Minimum of 8 years of experience in payments, financial services, or related

industries, with a focus on product management, client management, or

program activation.

Preferred Qualifications

*9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or

more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters,

MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD

*Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex

financial and contractual terms.

*Proven experience in fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with

technical partners.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work

effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

*Knowledge of Visa Direct and payment solutions is highly desirable.

*Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

*Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management

tools.

*Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and support program activation

effort

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 143,700.00 to 208,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
