Key Responsibilities

  • Meet Renewal Target and revenue retention rate
  • Provide proactive Account Review with customers to ensure positive customer satisfaction and Renewal process aligns to close order prior to the expiration date.
  • Proactively identify customer issues, and collaborate when needed with wider CP teams, Distributors, and Channel partners to mitigate risk and advance Customer Success.
  • Qualification and validation of SFDC renewal funnel
  • Develop customer quotes within the Renewal Quoting tool
  • Accurate forecasting via SFDC/Clari
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Check Point solution and its competitive positioning

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Renewals/Sales, they should have a deep understanding of working toward quota
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven record of achievement of target quotas and renewal-related metrics
  • Proficient in Forecasting with a high degree of accuracy
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, SFDC proficiency
  • The preferred candidate will be a team player, flexible, highly collaborative, and extremely organized, detailed and process-oriented. With the ability to proactively drive customer conversations daily
  • Experience in Cybersecurity - a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
