Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic ISV Partnership Manager to drive collaboration between our company and key financial services ISVs including Murex, FIS, Adenza, Cassini Systems, Osttra, Numerix, and Finastra. The ideal candidate will develop and execute partnership strategies that drive mutual growth, technical integration, and go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

    Build and nurture executive-level relationships with financial services ISVs to drive strategic alignment and business development
  • Lead technical integration initiatives to seamlessly connect our solutions with partner platforms
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies, including solution positioning, value propositions, and sales enablement materials
  • Create and manage partnership business plans with clear KPIs, milestones, and success metrics
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure successful implementation of partner integrations
  • Stay current on financial technology trends, particularly in risk management, trade processing, and analytics
  • Represent our company at industry events and partner forums
  • Drive partner-influenced revenue and track partnership ROI

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services technology, with at least 3 years in partnership management or business development
  • Demonstrated success building and managing strategic technology partnerships
  • Strong understanding of capital markets infrastructure, trading systems, and risk management platforms
  • Experience with technical integration projects connecting enterprise software systems
  • Excellent relationship management skills with ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven track record developing and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
  • Direct experience working with one or more of our target ISVs (Murex, FIS, Adenza, etc.)
  • Understanding of data storage technologies, particularly as they relate to financial services applications
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in financial services
  • Experience with cloud migration strategies in regulated environments

Impact Expectations

  • First 30 days: Complete comprehensive onboarding, build understanding of our technology stack, and develop initial engagement plans for priority ISVs
  • First 90 days: Establish relationships with key stakeholders at target ISVs and identify initial integration opportunities
  • First 180 days: Complete at least one technical integration proof-of-concept and develop joint go-to-market strategy
  • First year: Drive measurable partnership-influenced revenue and establish our company as a preferred partner for financial services ISVs

  • Systems design: Translate high-level requirements into a scalable, fault-tolerant service (depending on role).
  • Real-time problem-solving: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problem-solving session.
  • Meet and greet with the wider team.
  • Our goal is to finish the main process in 2-3 weeks at most.
