Production Line Operator

Staffmark is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Line Operator in Atkins, AR for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company known for delivering top-quality products. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule:

• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 12-hour shifts
• Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!
• Training Schedule: Monday-Friday (weekday hours until weekend shift is fully staffed and operational)

In this role, you'll operate a production line safely and efficiently with minimal supervision. You'll play a critical role in keeping operations smooth by meeting deadlines, managing task flow, and collaborating closely with fellow operators and supervisors to hit daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery on the production line with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
• Understand production timelines and work proactively to meet deadlines
• Delegate daily tasks to Purlin Line Helpers to maintain productivity
• Communicate regularly with supervisors to align on task priorities
• Work with other operators to maintain a consistent and efficient workflow
• Perform additional production tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Consistent work history - Preferably 1-2+ years per job with no significant gaps
• 2+ years of experience operating machinery, CNC, or similar equipment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to monitor and manage daily operations
• Self-motivated and proactive-able to stay busy without constant direction
• Strong team player with an efficiency-driven mindset
