Bindery Supervisor

Are you an experienced print professional with strong leadership skills? We're looking for a Bindery Supervisor to oversee daily operations and drive performance within our client's bindery team. In this role, you'll ensure all projects meet quality, budget, and delivery goals while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Schedule: 3pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $24 - $30/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Supervise bindery operations, employees, and scheduling
  • Ensure all work aligns with safety regulations and company policies
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members for growth and performance
  • Oversee machinery and production processes, conducting first-piece inspections
  • Monitor output to meet customer specifications, quality, and deadlines
  • Identify and address potential quality concerns proactively




Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a bindery/printing production environment with supervision experience.
