Job Title: SAP Automotive Warranty Consultant Location(s): Atlanta, GA Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Automotive Warranty Consultant with in-depth expertise in the automotive industry to lead a SAP Warranty implementation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warranty processes, and strong hands-on experience with SAP Warranty. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement solutions for end-to-end Warranty Processing in SAP across the automotive lifecycle. Develop and optimize business processes that support claims and repairs processing. Integrate into SAP VMS to manage and trace vehicle configurations, changes due to repairs Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, service, and IT teams to integrate data from SAP ERP and DMS systems Enable downstream usage of genealogy data for recalls, compliance, warranty, and field service use cases. Ensure alignment with industry standards and OEM-specific requirements. Provide support for system configuration, testing, training, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using digital tools and analytics. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP implementations in the automotive sector. Strong expertise in SAP Warranty and related modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM). Proven experience in implementing SAP Warranty solutions. Understanding of vehicle configuration management, variant configuration, and serial number management. Experience integrating with DMS is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and digital twin concepts. Experience with recall management, compliance reporting, or warranty analytics. Familiarity with OEM or Industrial Manufacturer. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
