This role reports to the Manager, Downstream Marketing, and together, you will be responsible for running the Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring portfolio of products through product marketing and event management. This position will serve as a marketing representative and work closely with cross-functional teams to explore, innovate, create new or enhance existing product and service experiences, go-to-market launches, and tradeshow management. A successful candidate will be a creative thinker passionate about enhancing clinicians' and patients' experiences using our products through physical and virtual product education and interested in optimizing in-hospital/clinic and Healthcare tradeshow/event experiences. This hybrid position requires working in the Bellevue office 3 days per week and traveling to 3-5 tradeshows within the US annually. What you'll be doing Product Marketing:
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $96,000 - 132,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
