Description
Program Description: The purpose of this project is to provide document(s)/file(s) conversion of historical media archives and recently received document(s)/file(s) [variety of different paper Tax Documents (Forms and Schedules) and Correspondence] into a digital computer-readable format for the IRS. The project will receive, control, and convert source materials to standardized, indexed, and searchable Portable Document Format (PDF) (PDF Image plus Text) electronic documents for an estimated 57 million images. Position Responsibilities: * Accurately utilize computerized systems and programs to carry out inbound/outbound receiving activities. * Responsible for supporting the loading and unloading of banker boxes and/or pallets. * Move boxes throughout the facility and place in appropriate location. * Prepare shipments for storage or return shipment. * Operate and use inbound/outbound tools and equipment in an efficient and safe manner. * Reference work instructions as needed. * Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs. * Utilize a hand pallet jack to move pallets of boxes throughout the facility. * Frequently lifting of 35 lbs boxes. Training and Regular Schedule: An 8-hour shift Monday-Friday anywhere between the hours of 6am - 11pm. Overtime may be required throughout the week and/or on Saturdays. Years of Experience: 2 years Education Requirements:High School Diploma, or equivalent Required Skills: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
