JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Accountable for the Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability, and Risk Management (QDCFTSR) of suppliers within the Electronics segment.
* Ensure implementation of the segment business plan through supplier selection and performance management during production and post-production phases.
* Develop, negotiate, and implement sourcing strategies that improve supply chain performance, enhance product quality, and drive innovation.
* Lead supplier negotiations and execute agreements within the electronics commodity segment.
* Collaborate globally to develop and execute supply chain and technology strategies.
* Forecast cost evolution and manage changes to product/processes during and after production phases.
* Perform daily purchasing tasks including production order support, logistics coordination, and supplier financial flow management.
* Actively contribute to global commodity teams and cross-functional networks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5+ years of strategic purchasing experience including sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and supplier relationship management.
* Proven negotiation and communication skills.
* Strong business acumen and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor"s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
