Apply Now > Save Job Job Saved The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for executing activities related to the aftermarket product design and development as well as department leadership. This role will report to Rotary Wing Product Development engineering manager. The Engineering Supervisor shall ensure all department activities are effectively coordinated with other functional departments (manufacturing, sales, quality, sourcing, etc.). The Engineering Supervisor shall lead individual projects while also providing leadership to department product and regulatory engineers. This position is to use his/her abilities and background knowledge to lead the development of conceptual information into new products as well as the improvement of existing products. Product designs resulting from this department's efforts will utilize the principles of Simple by Design and Zero Defects to ensure products are profitably manufactured and provide a competitive advantage for Parker Lord and our customers. The engineering supervisor shall support the coordination and prioritization of regulatory certification and compliance matters as applicable to Part 21 (PMA) and Part 145 (repair station) activities.
