As a Sr. Digital Product Manager supporting Surgical Planning Solutions Team, you will be responsible for setting strategic product vision, managing product roadmap and guiding teams and stakeholder through to success. Your clinical understanding about surgical planning will provide deep product expertise needed to make strategic product decisions, analyze markets and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands. This role takes on a 'Product Owner' hat (as part of the product team) to drive delivery with the development team by translating requirements and managing the backlog.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to internal and external stakeholders as well as the team
• Takes on Product Owner role (following Scrum) leading the development team and manages delivery of product vision
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align with team strategy and requirements
• Owns and reviews product specific OKRs that are understandable both by internal & external stakeholders of varying organizational levels
• Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as sprint demos
• Collaborates with designers to integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to ensure customer-driven design
• Align outward facing product requirements and stakeholders
• Works closely with Product Director / Head of Product to establish product team's business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• Knowledge of IOL calculation for cataract planning and corneal topography and OCT analysis
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Travel requirements: up to 20%
